Cavtat Guide is a directory and editorial guide — not a booking agent. All booking, cancellation and refund terms are set by the individual operator and communicated to you directly. No payment is taken by Cavtat Guide, so no refund applies from us.

Important Note
Cavtat Guide is an informational platform and publisher. We do not directly operate most tours, charters, restaurants, transfers, or accommodations listed on this Website unless explicitly stated.
Because of this, refunds and cancellations are typically handled by the third-party provider (tour operator, charter company, booking platform, or venue) under their own policies.
How Refunds Usually Work
- If you booked with a provider directly (by phone, email, WhatsApp, or their website): the provider’s cancellation/refund policy applies.
- If you booked through a booking platform (affiliate link): the platform’s rules apply, and they may also apply the provider’s rules.
- If you only sent an inquiry via Cavtat Guide: there is no booking until the provider confirms it. Any deposit/payment terms begin only when the provider confirms and you agree.
Weather & Sea Conditions
Boat trips and sea-based experiences may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, safety decisions, or port authority instructions. In such cases, providers may offer rescheduling, credit, partial refunds, or refunds depending on their policy.
What We Can Do
If you used our inquiry form and want help locating the correct provider contact or booking reference, email us at:
info@cavtatguide.com or call +385 91 524 8791
Please include:
- Your name
- The listing or experience name
- Your requested date/time
- Any confirmation email or reference number (if available)
What We Cannot Do
- Issue refunds for third-party bookings
- Override a provider’s cancellation policy
- Guarantee outcomes in disputes between travelers and providers
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a payment dispute, first contact the provider or booking platform. If you choose to initiate a chargeback through your bank, be aware that providers may require documentation and that chargebacks can result in booking cancellation.
