Details
This route works well because Lokrum is doing a different job from the cave and beach stops. Lokrum gives you time on land: botanical gardens, monastery remains, the Iron Throne photo stop, peacocks and the salt lake atmosphere. Betina Cave and Sveti Jakov then bring the water element back in.
The operator notes around 1 hour 40 minutes of free time on Lokrum, so this is not a rushed touch-and-go stop. It is enough time to walk, swim, or simply absorb the island before reboarding. That makes the outing more layered than a simple panorama cruise.
For Cavtat Guide readers, it is a good middle option between a full island-hopping day and a pure sightseeing loop: varied, family-friendly, and still compact enough to leave the rest of the day usable.
